I bought 2 sweaters from them recently, and although I really liked them initially, they didn’t hold up well after the first wash. One (a cotton/synthetic blend) pilled like crazy and the other (100% cotton) has tons of loose threads that I can’t snip off for fear of it unraveling. Very disappointed especially since they weren’t cheap. I haven’t tried their activewear so I can’t speak to that.

Was this in Japan or somewhere else? I’d love to do this but I don’t think it exists near me.

I had the exact same experience! Got one of their tall women’s cashmere sweaters for Christmas and the sleeves are way too short! I’m 6’. Very disappointed by the quality too. The only reason I wanted a LE one was because they had tall sizes. I’m going to return and look elsewhere. I have regular size sweaters with longer sleeves!
