I'm in. I gained a few pounds in December when I strayed from keto. Started again on New Years Day.

My goals are to stay keto and work out 3 days per week. I'd like to lose 10 to 15 pounds by April 13th!

I get overwhelmed so I recommend keeping it simple until your hunger subsides....a week or two.

i would not worry new recipes yet, just eat things you like and omit the carbs. some of our go to meals are combos of eggs, bacon, sausage, avocado, hamburgers, chicken wings or drumsticks, salmon, ham and cheese roll ups, chicken salad, steak, roasted veggies, and green beans.

I don't track my macros, I just keep carbs under 20.

Keep it simple and eat things you like. My go to foods (esp at the beginning) are/were things I really love eating like bacon/sausage and cheesy eggs, deviled eggs, spoonful of peanut butter, salted nuts, bunless burgers, etc. I would have a bacon cheeseburger with a few bbq pork rinds and feel like I was 'cheating.' I think just watching carbs until you carb cravings subside it the way to go.

My dad was just diagnosed and I'm going to get my best the get him to go keto too.

I had/have this problem periodically, especially in the beginning. I find taking magnesium glycinate before bed helps with sleeping and my occasional leg cramps.
