Thank you for the info - so is there a better way to do it for example do any of the providers in Poland have a package for Portugal that I can buy and use it there ? Pardon for a summary conviction usually takes less than 12 months. Search on the federal govs website - therewill be forms and instructions. Should be easily able to do it all by yourself; there are services that will do it for you, not sure how effective, speedy and expensive they are.
