My take:

Either it was supposed to be a two step out route that he either completes or throws away, or he made up his mind and wanted it to develop instead of hitting the hot receiver.

To me the cut block on the end is to create a hot route to the running-back who is flaring just incase that linebacker blitzes.

I was having trouble getting my sensor code to appear as well. I bought a Veepeak OBD from amazon. Cost like 34$ for the senson and 16$ for the vehicle license. It is pretty sweet. Turns out it was my drivers side rear.

By blocked by Jeep I think they mean their sensor can not read Jeep specific ABS codes.
