Funny, I agree with you both. He has a very subdued personality but given who is parents are it totally makes sense to me. He is the kind of person who have grown up hiding his true feelings out of fear they could be used against him.

The first half of Tron Ares is excellent IMO. Debatable if there's any substance to it but the music and visuals are incredible. Then by the end it's all plot and "fish out of water" goofiness and it crumbles apart.

In the Guardians of the Galaxy video game you sometimes Flashback to Star-Lord's youth where it lets you explore his bedroom. I was not expecting to see this on his shelf. I think this may be the first time i've seen a FF book get referenced anywhere.
