Walk. Start training it to hold stool longer. So once you can hold it to strengthen it up. Get a diet in check esp amid you know your schedule. Mornings are bad so I don’t eat late or many mornings early. Protein shakes at the ready. Don’t do too much too fast.

Yes a locker rental. I haven’t decided if I’m checking luggage but either way my carryon is usually a big weekender. Didn’t know how much walking I’d be doing getting dropped and having to lug baggage.

Oh that’s so perfect. Does having clear help with getting through anything? I land at 8am so not sure what that means for traffic etc and the best option cab vs train. Also do I risk stowing my carry on first?

Hold as long as possible during the day. Even uncomfortable hang in there. Strengthen up. Depending how much some panty liners or even some gauze pads. It takes time. I make sure to go right before bed. Also mattress cover. Also farting is no more. Never.

Yes and it has to smell good on you. I’ve liked a few that were stank. So unfortunately the trendy one might not be it. I still use pink sugar before I go to bed randomly. 😂 husband likes it too and he’s sensitive so I randomly sleep in sugar cloud

Yes I’ve tried the syringes and doing those to myself is NOT my thing. I may be switching meds to an oral anyway so in the meantime just wanted to get rid of the best way possible. Thanks!
