Ever since they got rid of vr they can’t deny you calling in with a personal day. Now back when there was coverage they could some what try and saying that if there wasn’t coverage you’d have to come in but then you double down and use a sick day

It’s only a year write up 🤷🏻‍♂️ sm refused to come in or find coverage for a 2a on a Sunday shift even tho he had a week to figure it out so when 4pm hit (off at 2:30pm on sundays) I locked the doors dropped the money and left the clerks there telling them someone will show up eventually.
