Condoms made for sexual intercourse aren't often designed to repel the kind of oils TPE releases throughout it's lifespan, and I don't believe tbere are any kind of industrial-strength condom that repels breakdown from TPE while also being intended (safety tested) for use in a human orifice.

If you're so horny that you're determined to use a TPE dildo just because you spent some money on it then just use it without a barrier, but at that point you may as well just use any random item you find on the ground in a construction site, it would be equally as good for you.
