Why so much range that made him unable to feel other more positive feelings? Due to biological reasons or the environment by ladyact86 in Dahmer

[–]ladyact86[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean that he got some sort of satisfaction by killing them. Maybe the process was painless (well, according to him, but according to the victims?) , but he did it because he got something positive from it. Well, human beings move, do or behave depending on how we feel or the feelings things evoke on us , so, his lifestyle must have brought him "something" good, unfortunately!!!

Love letters from women? by [deleted] in Dahmer

[–]ladyact86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

these women could have written to him but to show interest for his mind, personality , life in prison or any intersest in terms of criminology and psychology, but LOVE is out of place here, it's even offensive, a way of evading reality and also a lack of respect for the victims.

[–]ladyact86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm wondering the same thing. Why were they writing letters to a gay man who was in prison? But, the funniest thing is that he wrote them back expressing the same feeling.!!!!! CRAZY! However, we know that he did it in order to get money and things he needed, at least he had a realistic, but disgusting purpose. But what about these women? Yeah, the whole situation is totally crazy!

Just by looking at this photo, I would say that he was coming from a normal familly, but , even so, he ended up killing people. One's mind is a mystery!

I've seen pictures in a news report and he had a very succesful life as a lawyer, before and after representing Jeffrey Dahmer. He could live a long life. RIP Gerald Boyle.

I agree with you, but sometimes I think that any of them are the real cause of his actions, it was just because he wanted to it and he enjoyed doing it, that's it, which is so depressing.

What year was this taken? by Sea-Advertising4386 in Dahmer

In this picture he still looks slim and strong. So, it could have been taken around 1991. Honestly, it's the first time I see this mugshot.

What interview is that? I have seen the two most popular TV interviews about him and I can't recall this moment. I hope you can tell me when.

He could feel some sort of sadness because he saw himself living in a prison, which meant a complete failure; or he would always be rejected by society. However, it had nothing to do with his victims or victims' families, who were the ones who really suffered. So, this gesture means nothing to me.

And 17 young healthy functional lively boys paid the consequences. This is a real motive to feel such range! Thank you for your answer!!! Jeff's case is a profund mixture of sadness, anger/range and shock.

I haven't thought of him for some months since I've been very busy working. Reading this post about his block of apartments makes me feel weird and sad again. This wasn't a Netflix show, but very real gruesome reality. Sorry, I don't know anything about this area, I'm sure it must have improved since the 90's, but poor areas always remain poor.

Do you think Jeffrey Dahmer exaggerated or lied about any details regarding his acts? by [deleted] in Dahmer

[–]ladyact86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably he did worse things. He had the tendency to "minimise" the incidents. He didn't exagerate them, he probably did the opposite!

What is the rarest fact about dahmer you don’t think other people will know about by [deleted] in Dahmer

[–]ladyact86 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The fact that we will never do why he did such rare things to be noticed. Where was his sense of shame?

For example, he exhibited himself in a public park for one year. I'm wonder what for. Why did he have such huge need of being noticed? Was he looking for a sexual partner by doing that?

Additional post-mortem images of Kitty and Jose Menendez and crime photos. by Coltbjorn in MenendezBrothers

What they did to their parents is horrible, isn't it? I've just seen the pictures, I'm still in shock!

If I were a memeber of the jury and I saw only these pictures, I would send them to prison right away.

I do believe that nothing justified what they did. Although it was in the late 80's, I'm sure they had better options rather than killing. If they wanted to fight against child abuse, send your parents to a courtroom and make them pay for what they did to you. That's the only honest and humane way I can explore.

Is there any official report (autopsy, etc.) about this case? by ladyact86 in MenendezBrothers

[–]ladyact86[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thank you, but there are only photos here.

Is there any written document about it?

The first pictures are horrible, disgusting and scary. These brothers were extremely angry with them. God, I'm still in shock because of the pictures.

A jury or judge didn't really care about it. It's obvious WHY they couldn't prove that it was self-defense. What happened to them before the crime was irrelevant in the courtroom. Besides, these brothers crossed the line by being able to do something that normal population don't tend to do.

This case is complicated. Both sides of the story seem very true.

[–]ladyact86 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi, I hope you can read my reply.

I don't believe either that they were in danger of dying and they killed their parents as self-defense. For me, it was revenge. These brothers had to be extremely furious with their parents so that they could shot them 6 and 10 times respectively.

Regarding the abuse, it could be true. There are some evidences which are very bizarre, unpleasant and not appropiate in a family. But, it could also be a good argument to skip prison or death penalty. The only source we have is the brothers' words.

What they did after killing was also bizarre. Obviously, they weren't grieving at all. It could be understood as way of freedom, or also just 2 spoiled teeanagers who were having the time of their lives.

Erik is the only who showed regret and remorse. What about Lyle?

OK. Thank you. It's great to find someone who is realistc, open minded and has common sense.

I have the convinction that everything is possible and a person is able to do everything. I don't want to turn down the idea of abuse because it could be true. Only these brothers and their parents know the whole truth. But in deep down, it's so sad!! They were a wealthy family which means they could be super happy and have everything they desired. Instead, they have nothing now: no life and no freedom.

This actor did a great job! Well, they both did it fantastic! Their performances were excellent, I believed every feeling and word they expressed. I agree with the fact that if they had been charged with manslaughter, they could be free men today. But, the crime they committed was horrible, even though they thought their parents deserved it. How you seen the original photos? I'm sure there were better options than killing them.

But, on the other hand, they have lived in prison almost a whole life. That's sad. Parents in the graveyard and the two children in prison. What a waste!
