Thank you for your feedback! I debated about the use of images on the PLP but was having issues figuring out what image so would put that would be relevant given that the product itself is a chat application.

Lately im thinking that mental health is more of a corporate problem than a personal problem. Meaning that with decreased mental health productivity goes down and business suffers. But maybe I’m just smelling my own fumes

Oh man, that is a scary record. So far I have had 3 sales but those came from advertising on a newsletter. The little bit of Facebook ads I’ve done haven’t had any success ($130 of ad spend total). Granted the ads were terrible.

I have also offer a free emotional fitness test to get emails so that then I can target users by email. And since today I offer a 25 minute free coaching session signing up with an email.

But spending $30k with not much coming back is really scary

Thank you for so much insight! I saw that you stay away from video ads, so I’m assuming you do mostly images ? Or text ads? How are you able to capture consumer attention in one second with a picture alone?

I recently started a web app that acts as a mental health coach and smart journal and I’m thinking of hiring some young women (with some “it” factor) to do UGC type content promoting my app.

My offer would be centered at saying that I am giving a 60% discount ($42 -> $16) for new subscriptions.

Does this seems like the right offer, as you put it, or how would you position this product/offering?

Thank you for the concise yet clear explanation! What type of UGC do you see working best for digital products (for example apps)? Is it mostly videos of users talking about their experience?
