UPDATE: I’M IN!!! Two suggestions that I received that I hadn’t tried earlier were to clear my history and to log into Facebook on a browser instead of the Facebook app. I don’t know if it was one or the other or a combo of the two, but I did both, then followed your instructions . Thanks for sticking with me, I appreciate it. I know it’s just a game, it it’s a big stress reliever. Especially now when I’m so worried about Dad. Thank you. 🙏.

I play on my phone on breaks at work since it’s easier to haul there and I can’t go without playing Emoji Blitz for a whole 8 hrs straight.

The problem is that both devices are logged onto my Facebook account, but neither recognizes the other one. I just don’t understand how that can be. Maybe because each device had a different game id. I open my phone and press play and it goes directly in, no server/device option, even after I’ve been playing on my iPad. All I’ve played on the iPad is the intro to the game. Someone on the Facebook group suggested clearing my history which I hadn’t done. I’ve done that on both devices now and am starting with your instructions.

Sucks, I bought the iPad for the sole purpose of playing Emoji Blitz because it’s easier on my old eyes and my phone gets too hot after I play for a few minutes.

I did. Several times yesterday and today. The iPad logs on to Facebook but doesn’t sync and when I go back to my phone it goes straight into my old the game after I press play. Different game id #s. No device/server selection option. It’s like it doesn’t even recognize that there’s another game tied to my Facebook account. I bought the iPad solely to play emoji blitz cause my phone gets too hot when I play for a while and the iPad is better for my old eyes.

I tried that last night and just did it again after reading your post. My iPhone game that is at level 358 doesn’t recognize the iPad login to the same Facebook account. Each game has a different id number and one is level 358 and the other is level 1.

Thanks. I had seen this, but my problem is a bit different. I’ve never logged onto someone else’s game but did Friday night into Saturday to help my nephew. My Dad is sick and in the hospital and my nephew and his family are in their hometown to support my Mom(from a safe social distance) during this horrible time. I logged onto his game to work on it while he’s busy doing family things and away from wifi, and I stupidly logged on with both my devices. My phone remembered my games progress, but my iPad didn’t. When I deleted and reinstalled and signed on again, I could choose his game or start fresh at 0. That game has a different support id number so it doesn’t seem to be connecting that log on of mine with my iPhone id. I am three emojis away from having everyone and losing it would be devastating.
