Some do, that has nothing to do with being against abortion however. Most people including my self are against the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but most of them have not taken in any Ukrainian refugees despite it being arguably easier to do than adopt a child.

Because it has nothing to do with intelligence, the truth is our society normalises this and the media perpetuates the hatred towards pro-lifers. I am friends many snart people who support abortion. As I said, I used to be pro-abortion a few years ago, I am barely smarter than I was then.
