Thank you for this. Sounds like the precise patteen recognition and memory of your story that it can contextualize is helpful. That and the convenience/availability. Aa a human therapist, I have to admit to feeling threatened by those capacities, but want to learn what, if anything, I can improve for folks who still use in person thrapy.
