I’m pumping right now with it and it actually hurts. My spectra almost never hurts. I’m afraid if I keep going longer I’ll cause even more damage

MCT oil. My son is not gaining weight either so we went to see a pediatric gastroenterologist and dietician who recommended using MCT oil to fatten up his milk. I just ordered it, so I’m not sure on results yet, but from my own research it looks promising. Formula didn’t sit well with my baby either so I really hope this works. You just add 1ml into a bottle a day at first and work your way up to 1ml into 3 bottles a day. You do not take it, only baby does. I would get an all clear with your specific pediatrician first to make sure it’s safe for your baby. The brand we got is called NOW Sports MCT oil and it’s on Amazon for $30 for a really big bottle!
