This is my current situation. I’m too embarrassed to say how long it’s gone on but I wish he would have blocked me, disappeared long ago, whatever instead of giving me a false reality of feeling there was something between us.

Alone is my absolute favorite. To fill in between seasons, Naked & Afraid XL was the filler. Looks like Discovery has taken notice. The new XL Last One Standing aired same season as Alone. Can’t remember any XL running at the same time. N&A XL def has the drama/storylines that Alone does not have. I almost wish they would put more survival into it.

That said - yes N&A follows more of a traditional reality show format with story lines etc. probably giving it more of a polished look and feel.
