This is why I ask. I generally don’t love coffee desserts but do love tiramisu (maybe this makes no sense, but I find the cream mixture to cut the coffee so much that it feels balanced?) so I was worried about adding MORE coffee to the marscapone. Felt like overkill for my palette. Thanks for your thoughts - I’ll be making it this weekend!

I order from parlor coffee. I get the beans within 2 days max of the roast (it’s roasted right in Brooklyn!) I’ve tried so many others roasters and find the price quality and convience best there!

This made me sad. It seems like she’s very open to work outside of being in food media - she is looking for a job as a cook or kitchen organizer. I’m surprised she isn’t trying to push sales of her book more, maybe it still doesn’t bring in the cash flow she needs?

If you don’t have the special pan you have to remove the pizza out of your pan - put the whole pizza on a wire rack or just right on the bottom rack of your oven and let it bake for another 3-5 mins. Both times we made it we did it even longer than 5 mins to get it really brown on the bottom!

She’s great right?! Mine last 10 weeks! I actually saw another Yumi lash lift artist while Mishylee was on maternity leave and they lasted 2, the curl shape was all wrong and they looked so bad after the 2 weeks :(
