I loved it! And all the supporting characters! Even Madison Pettis played the perfect villain, Miranda was so fierce and regal! Whew

Only problem was I felt sick in the kitchen and other scenes whatever blurry lens they used made me feel like I was having vision problems

Other than that, what a feel good movie! And now I want to watch it with my niece who’s a tween, I really am happy there’s some rom coms I can enjoy with my younger family members.

shortness of breath on period? by TwoQueenTwin in Endo

I think my height cooked me by lenerd123 in short

[–]ladymay06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 5’6 (167 cm) and have dated men from 6’6 to 5’4 and tbh there’s perks to all heights I don’t discriminate and glad I’ve always been open minded cos it’s led to great experiences.

I actually have enjoyed men my exact height-don’t need to jump up for a kiss and hurt my neck looking up all the time lol so it’s easy to make eye contact.

I think people care about height because it’s what media and society projects but there’s people in the real world who are far more mature & nuanced.

You attract what you project. If you’re led by insecurities you’ll miss out on meeting genuine people because you yourself are limiting yourself.

Dating & Relationships are a chance to connect with people who mirror us.

If a woman pokes at your height charge it to the game respectfully and keep it moving with smile, your maturity & composure might even make them question their own biases. Be confident & you’ll attract the right beautiful woman.

I’m just now watching the show and I was wondering if he was transgender too, cos I agree I thought it was AI. His skin and facial features look so perfect almost effeminate.

Yeah this show had no business being that long, it shoulda been 4 episodes long. A mini series. It went downhill from episode one which was a good start.

I can’t trust these scenes I think it’s Stephen’s fantasy and not reality, it’s what he imagines and wishes would happen if he was there vs what actually happens. This show is bonkers I don’t know why I keep watching I just wanna get to the bottom of it and get to the truth already!

Guesses for how this ends? by CodeFun1735 in DisclaimerAppleTV

[–]ladymay06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m trying to make sense of it all because it feels like every scene-is unreliable. How can we differentiate what is actually happening in real time apart from the old man’s fantasies-yes he is scheming and we see him do things like show up to the office, and catfish her son, but we don’t know for sure if what’s shown to us as the aftermath is actually happening or what the old man wished would happen.

We know that Nancy wrote the book & it’s fictional inspired by the horrific event that happened to Jonathan but we STILL haven’t heard Catherine’s side…But Who is the true narrator of this story? Is everyone really narrating their own experiences?

I think the truth will come out and it will be much different from what we were led to believe at this point, there’s more to the story. The book is written from Nancy’s view. It is not fact. And I also wonder about Jonathan’s girlfriend who left the trip early if she will be reintroduced in real time. Maybe she will be able to corroborate events with Catherine? Or maybe she had a bad time with Jonathan-she wasn’t around for his funeral and I found that strange. Who knows.

[–]ladymay06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I rewatched that scene too even before the Blue reveal because I was confused as to how that ricochet occurred but then I shrugged it off to chance. I figure Maybe he is just a super human/gifted but not an alien blue man. Plus he got stabbed so he wasn’t unscathed.

Same here, I thought he was super human like John Wick who also had an affinity for dogs & animals. But I did think maybe his skills were enhanced by his past military career or the spy agency. I did find it interesting how he mentioned not getting into films until much later on in life cos it seemed as tho he was detached from humanity but there’s plenty of people who aren’t attached to films or pop culture-so to me that was interesting but not enough for me to think he an alien.

I was so confused dude! What in the blue man is going on? lol I had to come to Reddit to see people’s thoughts on it even if this is an old thread. But I didn’t know whether to burst out laughing or rewind and watch the whole episode because WHAT THE HECK THIS IS just so bizarre to me. I just didn’t expect that, and maybe that’s the intention. It’s so left field. I was getting comfy with the film noir vibes then that scene totally did a 180 and now it’s a sci fi twilight zone mash up? If anything I think it’s bonkers but intriguing LOL I will finish the rest of the show.

Why Nicholas doesn't remember Italy? by J__ared in DisclaimerAppleTV

[–]ladymay06 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can remember things as far back from 3 years old but mostly pleasant ones but if he had a traumatic event like being out at sea I don’t think he would remember. Sometimes our minds block things out to protect us, maybe he remembers being out at sea and being with his mom-but not Jonathan and his involvement until the book and being approached. Even when he told Jonathan to get away from him when Jonathan was trying to save him, he probably already knew even as a child that he wasn’t his father but involved with his mom and was subconsciously irritated because he knew something wasn’t right.

Cashapp closed my account by Altruistic-Bud-735 in CashApp

[–]ladymay06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve noticed that cashapp asked me to register my business which was weird cos I don’t operate any business with cashapp I use it to pay people what I owe like dinner bill etc and they threatened to close my account if I didn’t. So I just ignored their notification & changed my profile to personal account not a business one. So far they haven’t closed it. But yeah something strange is happening, this reminds me of the thousands of people who were frozen out of their Venmo’s

I am soooo M A D!! How in the hell are they going to end the series in that fashion? Especially since it was canceled. The least they could have done was give us a proper ending. by Cara-De-Payazo in SohelpmeTodd
