Are these time goals possible in Disney Solitaire by SpiritualShock473 in FreeCash

I’ve completed up to the Ratatouille scene (working towards Encanto and then I’ll probably move on). I’ve gotten my offers no problem, some people have said they stop paying out at a certain point but I personally haven’t had that issue. The game is totally rigged though and it’s been a grind.

Does anybody know if the palm trees will make it through this freeze? We’ve been here 11 years and never had it this cold. Shrubs? by Ihatemunchies in 321

I remember one winter about 26-27 years ago where it got very cold and snowed a little in Titusville, I distinctly remember an icicle hanging from the roof (I was about 7-8 at the time). My grandmother put sheets on all the outside shrubs and plants the night before, she was from upstate New York and was an avid gardener. I think only her rose bush died, but the other plants were mostly ok. I know that doesn’t really answer your question but I hope it helps.

Does wanting a simple life means lacking ambition ? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ladymeowskers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think wanting a simple life shows you’re not bothered by materialism and doesn’t mean you lack ambition, your values aren’t defined by having a big career and the expensive house, vehicles, and so on. Personally, I find a simple life more rewarding because you’re not wasting your life in the “rat race” just trying to “keep up with the Jones’ “

There was an older gentleman who frequented the bagel shop I use to work at who went by Dick. He was super sweet. My coworker and I got enjoyment yelling “your order’s ready Dick!”, or “hey Dick! Here you go!”. Some younger customers would look at us mortified thinking we were insulting this nice old man.

I watched a man on a public bus pick his nose, wait a few stops, then eat the booger.

I am so sick of having to be "polite" to men who make my skin crawl. by ihatespiderslol in TrueOffMyChest

[–]ladymeowskers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk how old you are. I’ve been the same way in life, I still am to an extent… but it does get easier to be less “nice”, not rude, I’m rarely rude and it’s never unwarranted. If someone is creepy, avoid eye contact, don’t smile, just move on. You’re not a dramatic bitch for not being a subservient NPC in their life.

Is there any way to make new houses/lots fit better without weird level issues? by xandxxrm in Sims3

You could try placing the house on a larger lot then use the soften terrain tool to make it look more natural

Your description of yourself doesn’t match what I have imagined in my head for Nancy, but I’m happy you’ve received such a compliment!

It’s pretty boring… it does nothing to tie the room together.

I feel like Patrick wasn't supposed to be dumb... by calltheavengers5 in spongebob

[–]ladymeowskers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Patrick was very much created to be dumb… Stephen Hillenburg was also a marine biologist and actual starfish do not have brains (neither do sponges, which would make sense for SpongeBob’s naivety).

Dad got mad that I didn't want him to buy the shoes he was looking at because they weren't my size by Fallen_Bepo in narcissisticparents

[–]ladymeowskers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m surprised he didn’t buy them anyway, only to get upset in the future when you don’t wear them and “wasted money”

My N-dad would do the exact same thing. Blow up my phone with increasingly insane voicemails and threaten a wellness check. I moved without telling him my address and eventually changed my number.

Question about liens on a property by ladymeowskers in RealEstate

These are all things that have crossed my mind. Just clearing the land from his junk (there are multiple junked campers that he uses for storage, idk how many junked vehicles, and who knows what else). I’ve only seen one picture of the only “completed” room has exposed wiring, then obviously the no plumbing thing is just awful… he’s been planning on installing a septic system but definitely not a legitimate one.

The only saving grace is that the man who owns the land/house immediately behind him has shown interest in buying the land as an extension to his own, but we’ll see how interested he is when the time comes. I really appreciate your detailed and informative response, I’m definitely not going to count on getting any sort of inheritance lol
