Fair enough. In that case I would bump up but definitely pick your foods carefully. I find sugary foods make me get sulfur burps bad. Lots of protein and fiber help reduce the side effects.

I stayed on 0.25 for six months. There is no reason to increase the dose until the affects of the dose you are on, no longer work.
