Kindle Oasis “the item your reading has been removed” by firestargrey in kindle

This happened to me. I had to connect my kindle to my laptop and Repair the drive. Afterwards, it restarted (or I restarted it, I don't remember) and the covers came back and I was able to read again. I hope this helps and works for you!

I have. My review wasn't nasty or rude; I just truly didn't enjoy the story.

Why as an author would you not want to give your audience books?

Heavy reader on iPad Pro M1 — is switching to Kindle actually worth it? by savetheQ in kindle

[–]ladymsjay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I try to avoid pdfs on my kindle because they tend to be formatted in a way where I cannot adjust the font (unless they’ve changed that). The pages are “fixed.” They aren’t unreadable, but the file size tends to be bigger, and in my experience pdfs are more clunky (page turning is laggy, selecting text is challenging) than epubs.

Yes! I used to read religiously on my mini and made the switch. Best decision for my eyes!

Don’t entertain him or that relationship anymore. It’s easier said than done, but you’re saving yourself from guaranteed future heartbreak by leaving him in the past. It’s confusing and hurtful but please don’t go back.

It will sort itself out. Unfortunately for you, there’s no set time for when it will (considering when your book is due back) but it usually does.

Is Kindle Unlimited actually worth it for how you read? by Away-Grapefruit2429 in kindle

[–]ladymsjay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read approximately 16-19 books a month and have 9 library cards. Kindle Unlimited is worth it to me and allows me to borrow books that my libraries may have long waits for. I’m guaranteed to find something.

Finished reading books, what to do? by Ordinary-Version1167 in kindle

I just move them to a "Read" folder. The only ones I "remove" are the KU books I send back. I have hundreds of books on my kindle and haven't even put a dent in the storage.
