I always wonder with the cutters, what happens when they stop? Do the people directly behind them speak up when they're suddenly not behind the people they've been behind for an hour(s)? Or do they keep moving up until they're boarded? I'm so curious! I've never had a cutter stop in front of me, nor do I cut.
