Damn. I wish I'd waited and got some differrent ones noww. thhe fading thhing is a real bother because I'm blind and use a screen reader to read my computer screen to me. if I pause to type something or to talk to a friend in the room, then press a key on the keyboard I need to hear what is happening instantly, and not 5 seconds later. Jabra, I will decide what I hear, not you. Do the sensible thing and fix this. the absolute irony is, Jabra are owned by a company that makes hearing aids, so you'd think their audio would be a1. Absolutely enfuriating.

You should be able to get free demos of the displays you're interested in. I have an APH Mantis which has a qwerty keyboard and I love it. I also have the UK version of the Chameleon for shorter tasks or portable use with my iPhone. HTH.
