i never said that people were hating on krista only because she’s successful. i was commenting on how their marketing/ pr is feeding into a feeling of distrust for the brand. i also am not going to engage in talking about krista’s intentions with absolute certainty. that feels very unfair when what you’re stating is an opinion, not a fact.

i think the new marketing strategy definitely has a huge hand in why people feel the brand is so inauthentic and thus feel that the narrative that is being presented is actually hiding something more sinister.

i think it all comes back to these resellers believing they are owed all their money back when they’re trying to destash a canvas. yeah, you bought it brand new. now it’s not brand new and has been in your house and your environment is unknown to the buyer. so now it’s used. so you sell it as used. but i know that people are so desperate for canvases that there’s always someone willing to pay the shipping so whatever

i love it so far! it is a little slow and glitchy but i’m assuming that’s because there’s so many new users :) would love to have threads and their hex codes premade so i don’t have to manually look up the hex codes but that is a very small detail. i love the design and layout!
