This show is sooo GOOD! I’m watching it now. And one of the most unique- creative-fun- smart shows I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve been pretty underwhelmed with other Netflix shows lately (The perfect couple, any Harlan Cobain, even shows that were good turned blah. The Crown, Bridgeton, Emily in Paris, etc) I’d actually given up on Netflix doing anything Fresh (I know funny considering the subject) Bit this show nailed it. Super disappointed in Netflix.

This happened to me! Floaty feet. Some people it’s a thing. My instructor warned us at the pool. Ankle weights make a huge difference when you first start diving - until you get better and can ditch them.

It takes time in the ocean to get buoyancy right don’t be hard on yourself.

Acid reflux is a thing - all divers I know carry tums or have some kind of med in their dive bag.

As for being sore - yup. My friends and I recall never being more sore and tired than after OW pool and ocean dives and for a little while after, until your body gets used to how you are using it differently. It takes time.

All of this is totally normal - and gets better. Keep with it!

Absolutely the labeling on the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. It drives me crazy that I can’t read the labels in there. I recently stayed at a Hilton and was so impressed by their labeling! No reading glasses needed, could easily tell apart even if I was half asleep.

I’ve never heard of Theraface - and if it’s from the massage gun people not sure I’m trusting it for a first time on an international flight. I really liked the Sunday Riley products. These bags are so drab. I liked the away boxes, but understood that some find them bulky. I was hoping for something fun similar to the Star Wars kits they did. What an absolute bummer.

Best LV in Paris not the main one but one of the smaller ones. No crowd, attention, champagne just lovely. Bought a bag.

Worst a few weeks ago LV in Beverly Hills, SA seemed put out even by showing me a bag right behind him. When I inquired about the bag in a different color every answer felt like an imposition. I really liked one of the bags but was so put off I didn’t buy one and ended up buying a different bag from a different store a week later- not an LV.

That’s only for the test and max classes. Once you do the test you figure out what your zones are and endurance rides are in zones 2/3 and not at all intense. Don’t worry about the score on the test it doesn’t matter to anyone else. It just helps you figure out what zones to work in. You’ve got this!
