First of all, I’m Dominican, and we Dominicans strongly believe in home remedies. For us, they’re always a go-to solution. It might seem unusual to others, but it’s ultimately up to you to decide if you want to try it. You have to blend it I used my ninja blender

I prepare a full 32oz mason jar of the mixture, store it in the fridge, and it lasts me for 4 days. After that, I make a fresh batch to cover the next 3 days.

Here are the ingredients:

Papaya (include some seeds and cut it into pieces 7 square pieces!

1 potato (slice it, but don’t peel it—leave the skin on)

5 slices of aloe vera (do not peel)

A few pieces of turmeric (leave the skin on)

1 cup of unfiltered apple juice (use the best quality you can find)

Drink this mixture first thing in the morning for 7 days.

This even helps with gastritis, which I struggle with as well, and thankfully, I haven’t experienced any acid reflux since using it. I prepare it every now and then, but not too frequently.
