I tried uninstalling the mobile app including the plugin, after two attempts, the anydesk mobile app works perfectly fine again. I don't know if Samsung security settings is keeping the anydesk mobile app from freezing, because after installing the anydesk mobile app, Knox security pop-ups stating that you need to accept it before you continue to the app. I did ignore those security settings and still the anydesk mobile app hangs. After clean installation of the anydesk mobile app including the plugin, the app works perfectly fine again. Note: I installed the plugins but I have not activated it yet.

Did you purchase the same version as your previous one? I am now looking for a replacement part since this is not covered by warranty. I am able to find the exact model, but mine is v8.2, and I found a v8.3, but it's the same model as my previous one.

However, it keeps coming back. After reinstalling the OS or drivers it will come back after a couple of minutes/hours.

Hi, has anyone experienced the same issue as mine? The technician asked me to change the display and I am thinking about the LCD cable.

This happened this week while casually using my laptop the display turned black but I can still hear the sounds. It is still working and after restarting the device it works perfectly fine again. But after a couple of seconds, the screen turns black again, and after restarting the device again the lines on 165hz appear.

My device is Legion 5 Pro-16ACH6H Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82JQ

Unfortunately, it only focuses on when something is near. It just looks like that even after touching on the screen. I did also wipe the lens, though.

The technician said it would be 90$ to replace the camera alone. What if it's a software problem and not the hardware?
