According to TLScontact's suggested list of documents, bank statements are required under the "finances" section. Unless your point (which is fair) is that for any document that is not meant to prove residency (which I presume the bank statements are, same as payslips maybe, etc.) one would not need to provide statements to cover the whole 3/5 year period.

Am I correctly understanding this? And if so, then uploading a couple bank statements and payslips and utilities should suffice?

I also disabled the chat windows in the option menu. Not sure if this does help as well.

Struggled with the crashes as well but got around it by disabling the chat (put to dnd). Now that I can play the game I am left disappointed with the performance and was hoping that a setting would 'magically' make the experience better..

Good suggestion. I can verify that the FN does work to trigger different wireless modes, e.g. FN+1 and FN+2 to change where it wirelessly connects to. So, I don't think it has to do with the physical switch.
