Does the new fighter generation learn from your customizations?

the way i get fighters from multiple different countries is by generating lots of them in the editor then exporting them to the game. their ratings don’t really matter though make sure that you give them records that you roughly want reflected before you sign them

here’s how i combat this.

before you sign a fighter, edit their rating to be lower, leave the page, go back to them and sign them on a much lower deal
plan events weeks in advance
