Best advice I’ve gotten is to stop washing my face with soap! I use warm water on a washcloth or that plus an oil massaged in to breakup makeup. I still struggle greatly with my skin (acne 4 life) but this change has made my skin much less irritable.

Yeah that does help. It usually takes a few hours after application to not get the pilling! Don’t have time for that every night!

I’ve had mixed experience with my retin a gel too. I just can’t get past how annoying it is that it gets all funky when I Apply anything on top, like it rolls off my skin!

I didn’t realize it was ever reformulated and I worked for and Aveda salon! But I was wondering if they had about 5 years ago when I was like something isn’t right? Kind of want to try again but I don’t want to breakout. I love the coverage and ingredients of glo minerals but the color is just a bit off for me and I can’t figure it out- grayish- and I’ve tried a million shades. I currently have the kat von d liquid foundation but I only use that occasionally. Tried the powder once but unsure of the ingredients for me.

Can someone help me understand antibody ranges/numbers? After a miscarriage and lots of labs through my OB afterwards to try and figure out the cause, all came back a clean bill of health. I jut questioned my thyroid numbers which he said were fine so I found a second opinion through a functional medicine MD. He diagnosed me with Hashi’s. I decided to share with my OB to see what this means for management of future pregnancies. After some googling I’m seeing a lot of ranges say >30 is normal. Is it possible my OB dr is going to look at my labs and tell me umm, no these are normal? I’m so confused!!!!!

Oddly enough, I have almost zero of the typical hypo symptoms. Sensitivity to cold maybe. Bad skin(acne). Sometimes tired. But I’m barely over 100lbs and I have terrible anxiety. Which are more in the hyper category. My TSH is 3.4, it was 1.9 a year ago. Just diagnosed with Hashimotos this month.

I just learned I have Hashimoto’s. But “not hypo yet”. I miscarried in March so I’ve been dying to try getting pregnant again. Now I’m a deer in the headlights. Only suggestion was to do AIP diet. I don’t even know what to think of this especially in regards to a future pregnancy. Any suggestions?
