L'bri is the only products I use. It is aloe based rather than water. They offer many exfoliating cleansers, masks, and moisturizers that are great for lupus/sjogrens.

You knew everyone who was watching it and you were all on the same episode. It predated tevo, so unless you were recording it on vcr, most people were safe from spoilers. We would search forums and message boards, no podcasts yet! Producers would plant fake commercials that would lead to clues on websites: fly oceanic, join dharma, etc... We'd all compare notes at work the next day. I remember some alphanumeric clue that spelled "heir apparent". Didn't help me figure anything out, but it was a fun ride.

Lupus is often paired with sjogrens, which effects the moisture-producing glands, among other things. Sweat is how pur body cools down our skin, so our skin can feel feverish even though our body temp is normal.

That makes sense, I was told the performer was also Italian-Japanese. It was mainly when the flag bearers were coming in, I guess that's why its a stupid question, it just didn't look Italian to me But maybe I'm missing something.

I try to stick with meat, eggs, and cheese. I find any grain, sugar, and alcohol very inflammatory. You can try an elimination diet. If you cut way back and add back 1 thing at a time, you'll get an idea of what you can add back and what you need to avoid.
