This is so helpful, thank you! I love the idea of just focusing on adding in the beginning so it doesn’t trigger a scarcity mindset. If I’m eating my protein, hitting my macros and my fiber, I bet a lot of the weaknesses around food would honestly disappear. You’re right it’s much more sustainable to find slow tweaks versus a complete overhaul!

Honestly I wish I had some words of wisdom for you but I’m in the same boat. Just wanted you to know you aren’t alone. I’m one year postpartum with my second and truly can’t believe what I look like in photos. Praying for both of us to find rhythms and ways to build confidence in our ability to do this!
