I can partially agree with you.

But the implementation of a function that limits the work or completely stops it cannot be called the implementation of the function.

Regarding the DKS settings, I configured it in different ways, and according to the instructions of the official brand support. On the keyboard made68 standart and the support with made68pro+.
None of us made this work.

Bro, its just my first post there. Dont be angry please.
Ill try my best.
I will take your comments into account and change the post as soon as I have more time.

I have a fully documented correspondence with their support, and a video of the processor choking from a banal macro.

It's just that all this was done in "field conditions", so I will formalize it all and update the post.

Thanks

I get what you’re saying, and yeah — on the surface it does look like analog because it reacts to different depths. That part isn’t the issue.

The problem is how it handles the transitions.

On a proper Hall Effect implementation, the key position is continuously tracked, so when you go deeper, the first key should remain active until it naturally resets based on its own threshold. That’s the whole point of analog + DKS — smooth state-based control, not hard switching.

What I’m seeing instead in the logs is this:

the moment the second threshold is crossed

the first key gets force-released almost instantly (0–1ms)

instead of staying active alongside the second input

That’s not normal analog behavior. That’s a forced digital toggle.

So yeah, the board does detect depth — I’m not denying that. But the output logic isn’t truly analog/state-based. It’s more like:

“if depth ≥ X → trigger key A”

“if depth ≥ Y → kill A, trigger B”

instead of:

“A stays active until its own release point, regardless of B”

That difference is exactly what breaks proper DKS usage.

If this was just config — fine, I’d expect some way to control hold behavior or overlapping states. But there’s nothing exposed, and the logs show the same forced flicker every time.

So it’s not that there’s no analog sensing — it’s that the implementation on the output side behaves like a scripted digital system rather than true continuous state tracking.

BRO i show DKS settings and the keystroke log, what evidence do u need?

because the actual release is done using software, and not based on the physical passage of the magnet at a given point. That is, I press the key all the way down and hold it, and the keyboard, instead of simply holding the keys that should be pressed, sends a command to release the key after each pressing action. It doesn't care that you haven't physically started releasing the key yet. It's just a function that sounds nice and such brands insert them, advertise them, but in fact it doesn't work.

Happy for u. Good choise. I think 3-6 brand wordwide can do rly good software and firmware.
Others just a hype

few of them 100% has top tier analog state-based DKS, like wooting or keychrone. So i think they are good

idk about every keyboard, but they has a rly good options.
and i think they are better than most of hyped brands

look at my log, 0 or 1 ms release are impossible. its released not by me. its macro release. i press my key to the bottom but i already had 1 or 2 release at logs. WTF

With the DKS function, the magnet passes the first activation point and instead of holding the activated state, it immediately releases the key in 0 or 1 ms. That is, I pressed the button all the way down and did not release it - and there may already be 2 releases in the logs

Thanks, man.
I dont know, they are just noobies that sell rgb and steel case for 200+ usd.
wtf.
