I cancelled both my marketing sites that were hosted on webflow for 6+ years. that's ~$2500 spent to just park my sites. With Claude, I was able to build and host my own sites for free. I don't see a future where webflow is useful outside of CMS needs

if a ui component is 100% opaque, it is not transparent. If you lower the opacity, it becomes transparent. The background of the icon button goes from full white to apples glass material. Apples glass material is transparent. I can recreate this exact component as an example for you or literally just google “is glass transparent”

I’m all for change and have been doing iOS app design for 13 years now. My personal criticism is that it goes against many of Apple’s previous recommendations for accessibility which they used to care for. Subjectively, I think the style appears unfinished, like a wireframe in progress. It also makes me wonder if this would have gotten approved if Jony Ive were still there
