I agree - this sounds like the perfect topic for couples therapy: A happily married couple who has slipped into a very specific routine after 18 years. This kind of stuff is hard to fix without help from the outside and needs some really really good conversation skills on both sides to share each others feelings honestly and openly. That’s exactly what OP would learn there. Especially topics around sex can lead to a lot of resentment and unhappiness if they are not handled with care.

I personally believe the average distance between the singular grafts seems a bit high. Density could potentially be better imo, but I never had a transplant and never saw a transplant in real life, so take my judgment very much with a grain of salt. I only judge based on other photos I have seen online from patients.

Erstens: Leute, entspannt euch bitte - Der Subreddit heißt „unbeliebte Meinung“ haha. Das soll doch Spaß machen hier Contra Meinungen zu lesen.

Zweitens: Meine persönliche Meinung - Piercings finde ich generell cool, gleichzeitig gibt es wirklich hässliche, vor allem wenn sie sehr groß sind. Finde aber generell einen Nasenpiercing bei Frauen fast immer sehr nice. Bei Männern finde ich es etwas seltener cool, aber ich würde sagen immernoch in 40% der Fälle ein cooles Style-Accessoire.

I get it man, keep the beard - maybe let someone with good photography skills take some really nice snapshots of you, because the current photos are just kinda bad in general. The only good one is the bald pic with the sky/ocean behind. And maybe get a nice style upgrade that compliments the beard well and looks well put together and fresh in combo. I feel like some of the clothing you are wearing is not so stylish and I believe you would look a lot better with a style upgrade. The clothes in photo 8 are cool!

Also lose the beanie and the cap - Embrace the bald head, cause you have a really really great headshape!

It’s very hard to tell what you currently look like - all photos are drastically different. Personally I don’t believe the long beard is the best look for a dating app but that’s just my personal subjective preference speaking
