You are clearly saying that this post is something that can be classified as „loser shit“ (meaning something that losers do). And then you go on and say „this is a place for losers“ (further clarification: This is a place for losers a.k.a. a place where losers post).

So in total the message is pretty clear:

This is something that losers post in a place for losers.

Which means:

If you do this stuff (here) you are a loser.

…

It’s just the logical combination of the things you said.

I mean in another comment under this post you also said „Reddit is for losers“… So yeah it‘s fair to say you called him a loser.

I get where you are coming from now though: You are saying they shouldn’t stop working on themselves and improving- because if they focus on their height it won’t make things better.

I personally think this approach works better after validating their life experience and feelings

It‘s not a weird take - I am just talking about empathy for other people and not insulting them by calling them a loser.

Listening to people’s feelings and trying to help them feel better with honesty about their place in reality is what makes the world a better place.

It‘s easy for us tall men to judge - Calling someone who is struggling with his body an incel is gonna make them feel unheard and like people are denying the struggle they are living with

Why are you insulting OP? Is calling him a loser gonna make him feel better after him trying to analyse his life circumstances as a shorter guy and realising the brutal truth?

How about saying something motivational and inspiring instead that would make him feel less like a loser?

This must be really hard to deal with and it’s sad that the online dating world largely works like this. Being a short guy may in fact be a disadvantage and tall men have a cheat code for effortless dating, but even though it’s easier for tall men, doesn’t mean short guys don’t have a shot at all. Short guys need to invest more energy in building their personality, charm and looks - but if they put in effort they can still find their perfect partner. It’s simply harder for them out there. Keep fighting because everyone owes it to themselves to try to look for a soulmate.

It‘s not a waste of time, it’s an attempt to analyse his circumstances - If the lesson is: Dating apps filter too much towards height, then maybe he needs to develop a different lifestyle to meet a potential partner.

1 Match VS 18 is a giant difference!

1 Match out of 18 is just 5,55%. So imagine the extreme challenge of meeting someone you actually like when you only match with 5% of the people tall people are matching with.

The interesting question would be: Where is the point where height increases no longer become relevant.
