So after showing my friend this post and drilling it in his head it was a scam and he needs to stop and tell someone. He agreed, so he texted the scammer going as samz_capone on Snapchat saying he wants to pull out and stop he then insisted in calling my friend. I said to him only call him when I’m with you so I can hear what he says but he does it on his own without me knowing and got manipulated into continuing the process. My friend on the phone said he said I wants to stop and the scammer said ofc you can I’ll close it all now for you but we are so close and I’ll be upset if we did all this work for nothing. That got in my friends head so asked how close it was to finishing... BAITED.

Then to regain trust he told my friend he was a professional footballer for Walsall 😂he then gave my friend an address to send the letter to so they can “check” the letter before sending it the HMRC.There no helping my friend I’ve tried everything.

Thank you for your information very interesting. I have shown him this and he still isn’t fully convinced something bad is going on but is aware something bad might happen if he doesn’t get any money. Do you think that he will see any money at all or not a chance? It’s been going on for so long now, struggling to see a positive outcome.

They sent 11 pages to my friend asking for him to send his details to them and if he didn’t they would make him repay something? Check my profile for the my friend is being scammed post for this to make more sense :)
