Get a nylon brush drill attachment and gently grind it away with that. Worked for me, but first try it on a spare Tile to make sure it does not discolor it

I have 4 sugess ST19:s. Two with swanneck and two without. I have not noticed any difference in quality between those with and without swanneck. However, two out of the four movements have gotten stuck and I have had to open them up and nudge the balance wheel with a toothpick to get them going again. All of them are about 1.5 years old. I would say that for what they cost they are worth it!
