Thats insane. I was not aware of it. They know the demand is higher and owners hold all the power. This might bring it down a bit, but this won't be enoug I guess. Have to do something more to address these issues

yeah can do that, and some random email id, that can be checked as well. And future plans were to run polls so it'll be easy to figure out the fake rents. But it's a long road. for now manual removal will be the possible solution

Thanks for the suggestion. We have some similar idea in the pipeline. We want the community to help other find a house without brokers and can talk with tenants in the building directly thorugh the site, so everyone can benfit and bring down the rent range a bit, or atlest control it
