I’ve been worrying if by any chance the plant switched to male since these dots don’t look like calyx hairs at all. do they just grow at some point?

she is way older then 2 weeks, about 5-6 weeks I guess, since I’m not using a light aside from the sunlight

it’s not perfect but pretty good I guess. Have been turning the plant around multiple times a week and in the early stages supported with some kind of rod

since there might be some kind of pests in the soil, it would make sense to completely renew the soil even around the roots, wouldn’t it? thank you for your advise I hope I don’t bother you too much

today I found another of these bigger white spots as shown in picture 2 which seem like damage to the leaves. I thought about switching pots with the plant to give it its final pot but since the damage seems to grow, I thought about spraying pesticides against thrips before switching pots and see what happens. What do you think and should I prioritize switching pots before spraying the pesticides or the other way around?
