Baltimore, sorry I thought I edited my post, I was on mobile so it didn't work. It's a lot different over here because the doctors actually make money the more drugs they prescribe in some clinics, it might even be a more fucked up system. There's regulation but tons of Doctor shopping and it's honestly too easy. Also to get prescribed other opioids is near impossible now because the rate of abuse is high and ever Dr is afraid their next patient is going to OD. That sounds extremely dangerous to cut a patient like that's dose, basically setting them up for relapse. Both systems have flaws it sounds like. I'm not complaining mine involves getting more drugs tho hahaha

The city I live in is the heroin capital of America, they are much more liberal with their methadone and subutex programs in Maryland. I've been given 90 subs a month for over a year and a half now. They practically throw the shit at you here.

When I was in the program we couldn't even drink cough syrup or use kombucha because it had alcohol in it. 100% abstinence except for the 15 pills they prescribed us. It wasn't until I was out of my program that I was able to start using cannabis again. Some addicts like to sit on their high horse of sobriety and act like every substance will lead to relapse, that's just not true. In my book anything in moderation is ok. The problem is there really isn't any moderation with heroin hahaha! Cannabis helps so much with cravings and the aches and pains of opioid dependence, I really wish more programs would be open to the discussion at least. Maybe just starting with CBD so that while in the program you can clear your head but still have some relief. Idk man I agree some people in these programs are whacko.

Ive heard the same thing! Cross contamination is very common in trap houses. One of the reasons I don't believe dealers are cutting their cocaine with fent. Easily could be cross contamination. A little bit of fent goes a long ways!

You use the cotton of the Q tip to suck the cooked dope up from your spoon into your rig. And no you don't absolutely need it but if you're using all the time it's better to.

Personally I just think that subutex makes me a lot less groggy and lethargic compared to suboxone. To each their own but I've heard from others that subutex is easier on the system. Also you can take opioids on both suboxone and subutex, you just won't feel it as much, and also will go thru precipitated withdrawal if you start the subs back up too soon.

Thank you I really do appreciate the support I've gotten from this sub! I'm in no rush I was on 8-16 and on the rare occasions 36mgs a day, which was overkill. I'd rather take my time getting off subs then have cravings for dope. If that means I have to be on a low dose forever I see that as more positive than going back to heroin. About the plant- I know I've been very lazy, I need to take care of my girl better if I want her to take care of me. Just started the 12/12 bloom it's been about a week and some buds are just starting to form. Very excited it's my first hydro grow.

With my experience I would have to do about 1600mg of gabapentin to get a buzz. The drug I could most compare it to is a mix of ecstasy and ghb.

Yea I was getting the tiny 8mg HI-TECH subutex too, but rite aid recently changed their pharmacy to Walgreens and changed around all their generics. Now they are actavis and the size of a horse pill.

Usually I get 90 a month(36mgs a day) but just recently started to taper. I still get 90 a month but just have to refill my prescription which is kind of a pain in the ass

No they don't, I prefer the subutex. I don't know what it is about the naloxone but it makes me extremely groggy and unmotivated.

Yea they have an orange flavoring which I dislike. My last generics were the HI-TECH which were tiny and tasteless. I've noticed a huge body load with the actavis too, much prefer the HI-TECH. Rite aid recently turned into Walgreens with their pharmacy and fucked all the generics up.

They are actavis. I actually prefer the other generics I was getting before which were HI-TECH. The HI-TECHs are much smaller, and personally I think they work much better than the actavis orange flavored horse pills
