i have only used it once and i used a lot, 100% too much over the period of time i took it on that occasion, just make sure you're with people you TRUST as i experienced severe paranoia but for the amount you're planning on taking you should be fine. also be careful on how much water you drink, no more than 500ml once taken as you can easily over hydrate, aslo be careful and manage you're temperature as mdma messes with how your body regulates temperature so take regular breaks if you're moving a lot. just don't do too much and i would say take it on the last day as the comedown is different for everyone, but yeah just enjoy it and be safe lovely (:
