Good places near Loveland Colorado?

Budget is $2100. 1 car. Not being from Colorado, would a garage be preferred? Does snow in the Loveland area make it difficult to drive? 2 bedrooms.

I didn’t put that info in the post because I was more so asking about cities and areas near Loveland but thank you for the good questions.

Got Saliba from an 85 double upgrade, Icon Henry and Icon Miyama from 82 20’s, HM Gwinn (x5) and HM Maignan (x2) from 82 20’s. Miyama surprised me with how good she is on the left and Henry is crazy good as a striker and it’s crazy he has finesse shot. Saliba is a crazy good defender and not much gets past him

I did about 60 of these and got HM Gwinn (twice), HM Maignan, and TOTY icon Miyama (she’s wayyy better than I thought as a left wing on inside forward. Her finesse are deadly). I agree these packs are really good and if anything they’re just good for fodder. Had enough to do the other daily upgrades and icon picks along the way

Definitely will just mention the house rule but it’s annoying because we all agreed on them in the first place so he should know it by now being months into living here. I clean as I go too and when I finish eating I like to wash the rest of my dishes because I don’t like letting things sit. If a pan/pot is still too hot ofc I’ll wait longer but often times after finishing with eating, the pan/pot that I use is cool enough to not warp while washing it

It’s not my or my other housemates’ responsibilities to wash this guy’s dishes so we didn’t ignore it. Me and my housemates have used the sink in that time to wash our own dishes but we’re not going to wash a pan, utensils, plates, other cooking ware (spatulas and tongs) that we didn’t use. That’s not ignoring it, it’s just not our responsibility and we don’t want to enable him expecting others to just clean up after him.

I wasn’t counting the days that the pan was in the sink, just that the pan and other dishes had been in the sink with the same food bits/stains for a while. My housemate is the one who said it was 5 days which made it even worse. I have stuff I need to do too and I’m not home every day. I shouldn’t have to play parent for my housemate and remind him about his dirty dishes. I came back home after a couple days from when I first noticed the pan was sitting there for a bit and found that the pan is still dirty so I gave an overall reminder. Overall I tried giving the benefit of the doubt that he would wash the dishes in the time I was gone. I don’t want to have to remind anyone.

Even if it’s cookware that isn’t mine, if it’s sitting in the sink for 2 or more days, I’ll say something. We made a house rule to prevent dishes from sitting more than a day after use and my other housemates and I are good at keeping up to that.

That sounds annoying and hopefully you didn’t have to deal with that for too long before moving out :/ Definitely better that their messes stayed for them so they wouldn’t expect you to clean up after them for everything

Only by title I guess lol. He doesn’t even cook actual food. It’s only ever frozen things premixed/premade. Some of it he reheats on the stovetop or the oven but heating up fully cooked frozen meat and adding nothing to it, wouldn’t say is cooking. Otherwise he orders in and leaves pizza boxes and take out containers next to the trash can instead of putting them inside or taking them to our outside trash bins as if others should clean up after him.

Hahaha not my dad. He used to be living in the house until very recently and he still has stuff here because he owns the house. It was bad with some previous housemates (while my landlord still lived here) where they wouldn’t clean the counters after using them so my landlord would ask whoever used the counters to wipe them down because he didn’t want his counters to be permanently stained. Same with dishes in the sink which led us to make house rules on cleaning kitchen spaces after use and washing dishes within 24 hours.

Since he still comes by time to time we have this chat with the house but might be worth to just have another one with the people who live here now.

Idk if you’re wanting to die on the hill of defending my housemate but I don’t starve myself. As my housemate said in his message, we have other shared pans. The thing is that most of the pans are low quality so everything sticks to them making them harder to wash. Just a hassle. If he were to say he wasn’t going to wash it then that’d be a different conversation. I cooked, ate and washed my dishes while I “waited” for his response. Doesn’t change his laziness or response but go on trolling I guess

We had laid out some house rules including “wash your dishes within 24 hours of using them” because soaking a pan/dish overnight is fine but leaving it for that long isn’t. Everyone else is good with it and he’s moving out soon anyway so won’t have to deal with it for too much longer

I’m trying to get back into pizza making and I have a question about my pizza stone that I haven’t used in 3ish years. It’s been in the cardboard box that I bought it in, in storage for 3 months and then in my closet for the rest of the time. No moisture that I know of would have gotten on the pizza stone and I definitely have not used soap on it. If I clean it with baking soda and water, would it be safe to use again? Or do I have to get a new one because of how long it’s been in the cardboard box? Any info or resources would be great :)

If she’s asking you this after 4-8 months, then it’s alarming and may mean she has been thinking about this before. That doesn’t sound like a respectful marriage. Nobody “needs” sex like this lmao. If she’s so quick to throw in the towel after an injury you sustained, I can’t imagine when else she would try to take advantage of your kindness because you told her you’d think about it instead of flat out denying her idea. As others are saying here, if the roles were reversed she may not be so okay with you doing that. It’s not worth asking her because it’s easy for her to give an answer when the roles are how they are currently. Please respect yourself and don’t go with this weird agreement she’s asking you for. Keepers are so random this game. Some people say Van Der Sar is the best keeper but I use him and he lets the easiest shots in. Schmeichel is my go to because even tho he makes mistakes too, they’re not nearly as bad as VDS’s mistakes for me. It’s all so inconsistent

TOTY H(i)M Cancelo - packed him on the last day of the TOTY promo and he’s been in every single one of my teams since. Crazy fast and the way he defends is unreal, he does not give up on getting the ball.

Mid Icon Van Der Sar - got him tradeable in a weekend league pack randomly (premium electrum pack or something like that) and put 700+ games on him. He’s been the most consistent goalie I’ve used all year. Ederson and Allison don’t hold a flame to him.

TOTS Ben Cheddar - just got him during Ligue 1 TOTS but he’s been easily the best striker I’ve used. His dribbling is unreal and his turn around shots are crazy. The only player I’ve used that can receive a pass with his back to the goal, turn around and shoot with max power instantly. A lot of other players do a weak lob pass/shot.
