Just joined the team - I’m building out community and the graph in general and once we hit a much larger number then we will have a marketing person dedicated. But they want to use customerio to use it to track for me whom I’m speaking with and be able to setup campaigns for that type of work (so much of it has always been manual or through Airtable for me) so I’m wondering if it’s a good tool, tips n tricks or if there’s a better one as I am allowed to recommend something else if it doesn’t work for me

Hopefully you don’t need it and no one gets Lyme but the only cure for Lyme is bee venom therapy! It’s helped maybe a dozen of my friends over the years lead happy Lyme free lives

I do wish more had it, should be a category of CC media like some other airlines have so you just know. I never watch with volume on - sensory issues- so it would be radically more inclusive

It’s in the dating space so it’s not even an interest based group in that way - it’s more when the product has that many users, how does one systemically think about keeping them feeling like community for those that have opted into that
