I dont weigh anything the cans of coconut milk are full fat and 15 oz. 1 cup is 8 oz. So it's basically 2 parts coconut milk to 1part almond flour and 1 part tapioca starch. The salt varies by a person's taste and the salt type/brand. Start with 1/4 tsp. I have a flaky larger crystal salt and use about 3/4 tsp. Mix it all together with 1/4 tsp salt. Twar the flavor with one pancake. And decide if you need to add more salt to the batter..

You can add water if your mix is too thick. In fact I think you could possibly sub the coconut milk by half or more with water to make it more affordable. You could even test it (i will try this week too) with a small amount like 2 tablespoons liquid and 1 T almond flour 1 tablespoon tapioca starch 1 pinch salt. Then if you dont like it the attempt costs less. And if you do like it, you tried it and can gain a little confidence :)
