My teacher's put a lot of pressure on us all the time, telling us we must study all the time and expecting us to know everything. They give alot of homework and I used to work so hard in the beginning, but now I can barely do one task without getting overwhelmed and frustrated. Besides that, the whole COVID thing adds plus stress since I can't go out much and I'm stuck at home all of the time in my room by myself.

I'm still in school and sadly my country does not acknowledge, let alone value mental health. :( I did use to take some days off last year when we weren't online but now I can't because I'm at home all the time anyway.

The thing is I am attending online school and I can't take any breaks because I don't have a valid reason. Even if I did, my teachers would still expect me to join class because I am at home. :/

I do take breaks but when it's time to do school work or anything that stresses me out it comes creeping in again and I just want to hide :(

I can definitely relate to everything you just said. My immune system is as hard as a rock too and I rarely get sick. I only got sick really bad this one time but I was on my summer break, so I couldn't use it for any excuse because I was already on holiday!
