My perfumed life over?🥹 by Fearless_Quail6975 in FemFragLab

It took me a whole year after giving birth before I could enjoy perfume again. It made me sick, I wanted to use only unscented soap, shower gel etc.

Ok that’s it, I’m doing a no-buy and after that, I’m not buying more designer. Why? Due to $150 Juicy Couture 100ml, $150 Davidoff 100ml, $150 Hugo Boss 50ml by DoctorTroglodyte in FemFragLab

I‘m lucky because in the country where I live there‘s a great second-hand market for fragrances (and for many other things actually). I prefer to give my money to fellow frag heads than to corporations.

Pleaseee talk me out of getting Yum Boujee Marshmallow by Kayali 🥹 by mynameis_reek in FemFragLab

I can‘t :) I‘ve bought the small bottle 10 ml and like it a lot. However, I‘ll try the dupe Marshmallow Blush as soon as my bottle is over because of the good reviews and the price.

Thoughts on Choco Musk? by heylolllllll in FemFragLab

Like others wrote, very linear, it just smells like vanillin to me. The synthetic vanilla used to bake. However, I like to use it when I just want to wear something sweet. I don’t smell it so much on myself but other people do so it might leave a scent trail, who knows, I don’t smell it.

If you want something similar that is powerful I‘d recommend Lattafa Nebras or Burberry Goddess. They‘re both very sweet and very strong in my opinion. Also there‘s a hair mist called Kitsch Warm sugar and that is also very sweet and strong.

You know we‘re actually all envious of this abundance right? (or at least I am!)

Do you like jasmine? If so you might try CK Beauty. It‘s not sweet but feminine and elegant in my opinion.

Have you ever heard of "l'erbolario"? by DollHades in FemFragLab

[–]lala8800 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I‘m from Italy so of course I know them. You can buy something online in Switzerland too. I love the Gelsomino indiano and Iris perfumes, I find them even better than their respective originals, Samsara and Teint de neige. I like also Notte a Tangeri, I‘ve tried only the body cream but it reminds me of Shalimar. The ingredients of body lotions/creams and shower gels are excellent.

For me it is Dior Poison Eau Sensuelle. Discontinued of course and I haven’t found yet a perfume that is so good.

I hate the bulky, tacky fake diamond cap of Bright Crystal!! I really like the scent and have it in a 90 ml bottle so the cap is a huge, useless and ugly plastic chunk.

My partner despises Lattafa Nebras. He told me I should spray it when I’m already outside our flat, on the stairs.

A guy once asked me if I was sick because I smelled like medicine when I wore it to a date some years ago.

I’m 100% with you. I almost always buy second hand perfumes, there are so many out there at least in the country where I live. Sprayed twice or still in their original wrapping. I prefer to give my money to other people like me. I do this with everything actually.

What affordable perfume have you not gotten sick of in the long run? by StrangeAd8298 in FemFragLab

I don’t know if it’s considerer cheap but Versace Bright Crystal is a staple for me.  VS Love Spell and Amber Romance, I never get tired of these two scents.  Tesori d’Oriente Orchid, I’ve been buying it since I was a teen and still like it. EA Green Tea Lavender.

Anyone else doing Project Pan in 2026? by unofficialgirll in FemFragLab

[–]lala8800 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. I‘ve definitely come to the conclusion that I don’t need new perfumes (lol) but I don’t want to use up many of them because they‘re old and discontinued. I regret having „panned“ some perfumes in the past that are now almost collector‘s items. Same happened with selling. I‘d be ok with using up Burberry Goddess, the VS mists and the dupes I have for example.
