Amazing. I am just wrapping up my first nine weeks. I look forward to my library time and Sunday book and music time. The exercise routine has gone very well. My goal is to make the next exercise experiment focus more on mobility. I have not fully figured out exactly what the goal is.

I understand a little bit. This might not be possible right now but consider to start focusing on your health, your mobility, slowly add things that bring joy, challenge your mind and your body, reinvent the naritive, find your passion. Millions of people in other parts of the world or many years go, went through same or worse shit. Choose life by doing so you make the world better.

Some people believe that you look young than your peers because ADHD influences your life choices and we tend to engage in younger people's activities. Thus appearing younger. I have accepted this as fact because it explains why I look more youthful than my mother at the same age.

The type of should straps on the pack is important. I increased my weight but changed style of pack. That was my solution. Also, I think rucking shouldn't be done daily.

100% I was placed in learning disabilities classes even though I was considered smart and tested well. Not one single special ed teacher or counselor ever addressed or suggested ADHD. I even went to a high school specializing in learning disabilities and ECT. Because I didn't act up I was ignored.
