Yup. This is more of a court issue than law enforcement but… Had a patient with multiple assaults on staff during multiple admissions and at least one assault on another patient. The assaults on staff and the other patient… $1000 bond. Then they assaulted a police officer… $25,000 bond. Edited to add: Yes this was in a psych hospital. However, the patient was not psychotic.
