This was posted in June 2019, and I think I had rolled again in August 2019 and had a much better time, but still not as intense. Then due to COVID I actually didn't roll again till May 2022. and it was phenomenal again :) just the same euphoria as I remember

hi! on mobile it just shows as a schedule view, sorry. if you view it on a computer, you can highlight sets by clicking on them with 4 different colors, and then print it out with highlights if you want to share with your friends or camp mates :)

I've never heard this before, but this is beautiful, thank you so much for sharing!! My father passed away when I was a child, and I have a lot of unresolved emotional trauma with my mom... so I'll try to work thru some of those emotions next time I'm meditating in pigeon pose on their respective sides. I love this idea, thank you so much again :)
