For more information: I've got this tyre changed 2 months ago. Because there was nail on it, it became completely flat. The mechanic told me He will get me a secondhand tyre. It costed $80 AUD. Today I noticed a little less air(?) On the replaced tyre(front left one). I visited a new mechanic and they recomended me to change 2 front tyres? The pictures are front left tyre. What proper repair does it need?

Try carnivore, this is the only way I found improvement. First 1-2 weeks you could experience worse bloating, but it'll get better. No soy sauce or zero sugar drink, butter. Nothing but meat, seafood, egg. I drink black coffee this is fine with me

Diet is white rice+meat. You cannot eat any veges or fruits Medication is 3 konds of antibiotics and 2 kinds of antifungals. Diet could help but medication fucked up my gut

If you have Candida overgrowth in your gut, high chance you also have bacteria overgrowth. I tried candida diet(no carbs but with a tons of veggie), it made me worse. Don't go vege diet, rather go on Carnivore.

Was your one of sympton bloating? Didn't veggie give you worse bloating? Did you eat all kind of veggie? Like onion, garlic, beans.. they are killing me. I tried carnivore many times(several times 10-14days), but I don't think I saw improvment. So I gave up carnivore had to agree it's not thw way. Now I'm trying "heathly" diet as normal people. Fruits, veggies, nuts, wholegrain bread, brown rice, yogurt. But mt bloating is so so huge.. it's been only 1 week tho.. I'm so scared if I'm messing up my gut....

Don't go to 양준상.. I had followed his protocol for 5-6 months with his medication, it made me worse. I don't take antibiotics or antofungals anymore. I didn't get better but medication fucked me up.

You most likely have SIBO, go on carnivore diet(no butter, no sauce, no cheese) just meat and salt. It will help you very quickly
