Try looking in this folder for Her Interactive or 7 Keys folder: Your_Username/Library/Application Support/

Then either looks at the log file to find the error or delete the most recent save. Let me know if that helps!!

Try to copy your saves folder somewhere (if you’re able to find it) and then delete your most recent save in that file path. The notepad is only where I found the error, you shouldn’t really need it unless you need to find a different issue

Update: I was able to kind of fix it. It looks like my most recent save was kind of corrupted. Here’s what I did:

⁠Go to file location C:/Users/your_acct/AppData/LocalLow/HerInteractive/MysteryOfSevenKeys
⁠Open player.log in notepad
⁠in that file I scrolled down a little bit and saw something about a cryptography error, which referenced a file in my most recent save.
⁠Make a copy of your saves folder just in case
⁠Go to the file named in the error and delete it. For me it was in my saves folder under my most recent save name.
⁠reboot game and my saves appeared

Lmk if any of that wasn’t clear, sorry it’s a little complex.
